Instruments for the things most practices estimate.

Intensity, fuelling, sweat losses, travel. Where a usable tool existed I use it; where one didn't, I built it. All of them free and open, with no account and no data held — for coaches, athletes and practitioners.

Endurance Training Library

A searchable library of endurance training sessions, each one anchored to a physiological marker and traced back to the research or the athlete's published training it came from. Built for coaches who want to know why a session is shaped the way it is before they prescribe it.

  • Intensity expressed as a percentage of the heavy–severe boundary (CP / CS / LT2 / FTP), so sessions compare across cycling, running, swimming and rowing.
  • Calibrate to your own numbers — cycle CP or FTP, run threshold pace, swim CSS, rowing 2 km split — and every session returns your targets.
  • Session diagrams, descriptions and a cited source for each entry.
  • Includes heat, altitude and hypoxic, and blood flow restriction protocols, with the risks stated plainly.

Sweat Test Dashboard

Turn a sweat test into a usable prescription. Whole-body sweat rate from pre- and post-session mass, corrected for intake and conditions, carried through to per-hour fluid targets for the conditions an athlete is actually racing in.

Jet Lag Planner

Circadian planning for athletes crossing time zones. Works backwards from the first session that matters to place light exposure, sleep, meals and training in the days either side of travel.

Performance Fuelling Planner

Carbohydrate and fluid targets scaled to the duration and intensity of a session or race, built into an hour-by-hour plan an athlete can actually follow — and rehearse in training first.

Each instrument is released when it is good enough to use with athletes, not before — and then it is free, with nothing to sign up to and nothing stored about you. If there is something you would find useful in your own practice, tell me; it shapes what gets built next.

Work with me

The tools are the reference. The coaching is the application.

The instruments are free because nobody gives away work they cannot defend. What they cannot do is tell you which sessions you need, in what order, against your race calendar and the life you are fitting the training around. The reading is free. Knowing what to do with it is the service.
